**IF I CAN LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! As many of us here I’m not one to leave comments but I’ve been here before but honestly this time around was a bad experience. I’ve read a few reviews and they are absolutely right. They have some uneducated girls with no customer service. (I WONDER WHY THEY ARE LOOKING FOR EMPLOYEES ALL THE TIME) I took 2 bags with lots of my fairly used items with a few pair of shoes and purses. I stayed back to wait on my things & I glimpse over at them and saw them making faces and not even going threw the bags completely. They promote so much online for you to bring your clothes in, yet all they do is reject your items…

Great, helpful staff. Also large selection of new items.

Do you not even waste your time. I went there and brought some fairly brand new almost never used Lorna Jane and buff bunny collection activewear. The lady that told me it would take about 10 or 15 minutes to process the clothes. 25 minutes later she tells me that she can't except them because they have an interesting smell to them which confuses me because I'm a very clean person and my closet is clean as well. I think the thing that made me the most annoyed was she said she was interested in some of the items that I had but didn't bother looking it up or giving me a price so I had some idea of if it was worth washing the clothes and coming back or not. In addition I was looking through their clothes and I found a dress from TJ Maxx for $12 if they had price at $14. Yikes! I almost never leave reviews of businesses but I just had to leave one because this was a terrible experience. Plus, every single piece of clothing in there is actual trash like I said don't waste your time, such unprofessionalism.

I should have read reviews before going in with several pairs of very lightly worn shoes. Nike Airmax, Adidas Alphabounce, leather Vans Sk8 Mids, Puma Suede, etc. I get told that they are 'too worn' even though these are all shoes I wore literally 5 times or less. A pairs of white leather mid top Vans I brought in were literally worn once. I was told "the kids don't wear this" and I walked out with my bag. Wasted time going here and left me with my head spinning. There was a pair of Nike Airmax in the bag that were a Jordan colorway and almost brand new. Now I know young people wear this as I'm 31. There are shoes for sale in there that smell like old gym socks and look dirty. I recommend going anywhere but here. Seriously, don't waste your time. You will leave feeling insulted more than likely.

No, people sell their gently used clothes to Paltos closet. You buy the clothes from Plato's closet.
