My kids love shopping here. We've bought everything from custom built boards, to clothes to backpacks, etc from here. Every time, the staff were all super helpful and always friendly. I'm always happy to spend my money in a place that knows how to treat their customers well. This Zumiez is one of the best!

The staff here is top notch. The Sales person was great and so patient, they took the time to help look at boards even though we didn't wind up picking that one, they were totally cool about helping out down to every detail. It was a big purchase and my son just wasn't sure yet.

Be careful trying to put anything back up the white looking e girl lady with black and red hair got very mad thru the stick to grab the items that are high from the shelf and almost hit me when she grabbed the latter . She needs to be fired!!

CAJ Action

This has to be one of the most unprofessional stores in the mall. You’d think you just walked into a club with the music selection. The workers obviously have no morales, standards, common courtesy, nor customer service skills.
