Hi I was just released Monday 7/18/22 from the rehab center and I want to thank all the staff for the excellent care that I received … the nursing staff was AMAZING but I have to call out a CNA Mona who works on the 3rd wing she was absolutely wonderful she was so respectful … caring …and a very very hard worker she would work the wing by herself a lot of the time but when I needed help she was there with a smile on her face … the first week that I was there I was in a complete daze and all I remember is Mona comforting me …and Chloe was Awesome also ….Physical Therapy …Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy were also wonderful… I worked with so many PT’s…OT’s that helped me so much they even made me laugh …too mention a few Jonah… Edgar (Hectare)he will let you know he got a whole in one in golf but can’t swim lol the bike I rode sat next to his work station and I would talk to him while I rode the bike …Gary (Thank you for coming in Saturday and helping me with my dizziness so far so good ) Sam…Madison…the Director of PT ( I don’t know how to spell his name ) I am so sorry it took me a couple weeks to remember it lol… when he walks with you he will want you too see the TV room/library/vending machine room he is very impressed with it lol…Tara … Morgan and Sid I hope I didn’t leave anyone out that I worked with …you guys really pushed me… you were so concerned if it was too much… if I felt any dizziness… spinning or lightheadedness they would have me rest they never wanted me to over do it …I would recommend LongMeadow wholeheartedly…Thank you all again for your excellent care 😊♥️ Sincerely Kim Kozeny

I have a loved one currently at Longmeadow Healthcare Center. I’ve been happy with the care he has received. The receptionist is very welcoming and the therapy team is great. I would recommend this facility for anyone in the Justin area.

I want to start by saying this review will be pushed down in hope's no one reads it. ( LOOKS ARE DECEIVING) My husband was in this nursing home for about 2 months. He was put into the locked unit a couple of weeks after arriving there. They don't allow visitors back there. They would bring my husband out to me and 80 % of the time something happened to him. I've received only 1 phone call saying they found him on the floor in his room. All the other times (8) total I would have to ask them what happened to him. This last time I was devastated ! Me , my son , daughter in law and granddaughter went there June 11th. After about 45 minutes waiting he was wheeled out to us in a wheelchair. He was sitting on one hip slumped over with his head leaned over to his right side. He was non responsive. I called 911. The nurse refused to give me a list of his medications. The fire department had to get that list for me. My husband was hospitalized on the evening of the 11th he passed away on the 17th . My husband had alzheimers but was always able to talk to me. The ER physician called the nursing home and asked them how long he had been unresponsive. The nurses answer was " he's always been like that" . I missed one week of seeing him. I was pulling split shifts and doubles that week at work. In a weeks time of not seeing him I never received a phone call from the nursing home telling me he had been nonresponsive.
