Take your loved one here at your own risk! incase one get's out of the building and is in danger in the streets due to confusion or whatever reason, The DON Meghan care less about any one of them. She Can't support nurses on matters elopment and patient exiting the building, I called her of a resident who eloped out, was out of the building with agression and she never gave any solution she did not CARE and doesnt. The owner and co-orperate of this facility should know this, hope they read it. I'd love to explain more.

My grandpa has been in this place for a while after he had an accident at work and had a stroke after. They have not given him a bath in weeks and barely take care of him. The service here is very horrible and would like y'all to improve on taking care of the patients because y'all have nothing else to do but take care of them. Y'all need to get your act together and give these patients the care they need instead of neglecting them every day. My grandpa complains to me and my dad every day about how y'all treat him and this is unacceptable that y'all only care about money. They barely change him when he asked to be changed and hasn't had a bath in a while. They never record outside doctors appointments. One more thing about the sign in at the front door. I don't care if y'all have to be fined $1000 if we don't sign in to see our loved ones, it's not like you can't afford it(you can). The staff are rude at times except for a few people, but never respond to the button to call any of the nurses in the room to help him. Many people have issues with this place and y'all need to improve on helping the patients.

How are general pharmaceutical needs addressed? Is there an in-house pharmacy or access to a pharmacist?

There is access to a supply of medication for first dosing at the center that is available while new medication orders are communicated with the off-site pharmacy. Recurring prescriptions are filled by the off-site pharmacy for residents. Consultant pharmacists review each resident's medication list on admission and monthly thereafter to monitor each resident’s individual medication regimen and make recommendations to the physician.
