A great site with great features. Lovely big pool that is not too crowded. Also has a pool for adults only - that reduce βnoiseβ from childβs play π. The best white sanded beach just on the other side of the fence. But with poor mobile data in the area they should know WiFi is important. And unfortunately that is very poor at the site.

Just left Bryn Mawr for long weekend at the beach. I have to say we were ultimately very disappointed with the condition of the campground and the apparent lack of upkeep for how expensive the rates are. The staff was very unfriendly and not at all helpful. The power surged and went out twice, luckily while we were there but it was after hours with no one to call for help resolve the issue. We had animals in the camper and had the power gone out while we were gone they would have essentially cooked in there being the middle of July. Another person staying there said they had experienced issues with the power as well so this was not isolated. Campsites are very small and roads are extremely narrow with no where to park so that was also a stressor. Luckily we didnβt need to cancel but I also find the cancellation fee to be a bit outrageous. The second star really only comes from the location being directly on the beach. Unfortunately I canβt say we will return to this park which is a shame since Crescent is one of our favorite beaches in Florida.

Really nice park with quite a few amenities. They have 2 pools and one is adult only which makes it kind of nice for us old timers. Easy walk to the beach. Short drive into St. Augustine. The spaces are pretty nice, most of them have a private gazebo. The roads are really narrow so, if you are towing a vehicle, you have to unhook right at the office area before you go into the park.

RVers beware. The place might have a great location but they will not refund your deposit of $250.00 if you are sick and can show proof or if any other emergency alters your plans. Ocean Grove Resort across street is awesome and would not rip you off. So very disappointed and mad.

They have both monthly and annual rates. Also have weekly rates.
Yes but there is a charge per pet per day. The beach is pet friendly just need to be leashed.
Not there, but Google "Croom Park" or "Croom ATV" in Brooksville FL.
Nope. We have seen Chihuahuas to Great Danes here.
I am not sure i was only visiting for the day & just parked my car @ a residents house!!
They have a late check in too. They made it very easy and left all the check in info in a box at the office. It was smooth after hours.
Yes but the smaller one is only for Adults. Hot tub is only adults also.
There is no Gym there, although a few laps in the front pool gives you a workout.
Generally not
We've only rented the RV sites up against the beach dunes, which include a chikee hut. The park models are not right on the beach, though many have chikee huts or carport type structures attached.
They do allow dogs. I don't know if they have vacancies.
Yes, public beach
Daily rates only in the summer. It depends where in the park if your camping or if you are renting a park model. Nightly rates for camping in July are $72+tax for Oceanside. $74+tax for Oceanfront/Mid Park. $80+tax for Beachfront. All subject to availability. That's for Sunday thru Thursday. It costs $22 more per night on Friday and Saturday.
