I usually have no complaints with Holiday Inn Express, but unfortunately this was not the case in two instances (1) The rooms were very small and the climate could not be individually controlled. This cause us to be cold the first night and hot the next morning. Front Desk staff was very nice and sent engineering to our room. However engineering did not attempt to fix the issue, they just left us with a box fan! (2) We never received housekeeping services. We were not made aware of the housekeeping policy upon arrival. The policy was only made known after an inquiry was made with front desk about why our room was not cleaned. We then requested it for each remaining day of our stay but did not receive services. Although I thoroughly enjoyed my time in downtown Denver, I wish my stay at the Holiday Inn Express had been more communicative and enjoyable.

Booked my hotel room months ago. The room does not have working a/c. It’s 70 degrees in Denver today. We had the maintenance man come down & he was like well, it’s working but it’s not blowing any air so he said if could bring us a fan. He also mentioned that the whole building was low on a/c. The fan he found was a portable fan, but it was so shaky & noisy. The restroom is very compact. For the $400 I paid, this definitely isn’t worth it. I asked the front desk for a room change & they said that the whole hotel was like this. I’m really not one to complain but, this has to be one of the worst hotels I ever stayed at. Also, parking isn’t free. Public parking is $40 a night, but it was full so we had to pay valet parking $60 a night. Also $150 deposit fee for each night stayed. Honestly, try something better!

I regret choosing this location to redeem my free stay, the heating, plumbing, and housekeeping were all poor. Only one radiator worked and it was noisy. The temperature dropped to single digits at night and there was a winter storm, but the highest I could set the thermostat was 78 degrees?!? I barely felt the heat in the room. The shower and bathroom sink both backed up, and the shower temperature changed on me when someone in an adjacent room flushed their toilet. Before checking out, I looked over the bed to make sure I wasn't forgetting anything and found dried up blood stains on the side of the bed I didn't sleep on. The stains were on the sheet and pillow, this is absolutely disgusting. We are already in a pandemic but now I was exposed to someone else's blood on the bed. You need to address this with your housekeeping dept, and whoever inspected the room and allowed it to be booked. I'm a flight attendant, I was exhausted and looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay after flying for a week straight. This location did not meet my expectations.

Affordable but AWESOME! This was the least expensive hotel in the area but they have a free breakfast every day and they deserve 5 stars across the board!! Front desk had AWESOME employees EVERY day! They went out of their way to help us at every turn. We rented 3 rooms for 4 nights and the bill was PERFECT, down to the penny! I cant think of a single bad thing to say about this place!! VERY highly recommend!!

Take the A line from the airport to union station $10.50. Then take the free bus going up and down 16th street to the hotel.
No, we stayed in one and it's basically just an office space. Not really worth the extra money.
Between $30 - $60 depending on what you need
Yes, it is on-site and costs $37/day.
