I normally have great experiences at Marriott hotels, but this place is an overpriced dump. The parking situation sucks and a homeless guy walked in the main entrance and started berating my wife when I was unfortunately in the room. She said the front desk didn't bother to remove him. The place feels dirty. Never, never staying here again. So disapointed.

Located in the heart of the 16th street hustle and bustle. Starbucks is attached to the hotel with a secret doreay beyween the two worh key card access. The staff was amazing. We were allowed to check in early (1pm) and check out late (1pm) free of charge. There is a restaurant attached to this hotel and it's NOT very good, I ordered their avocado toast and it was one slice of standard wheat bread with avocado spread, some pickled something, and an egg I paid 3$ more for. I was disappointed.

Longtime Marriott member, first time here. Beautiful hotel. Clean, well-kept, located in an old historic downtown department store and they kept the large, vaulted, open vibe. Rooms were great, fast internet... everything I needed!

Very convenient and really clean. The hot water in the bathroom vanity is super hot and super fast. wish they did just 1 handle instead of 2 in the faucet. Too hard to control the temperature with 2 handles. It's just too bad that there are homeless everywhere. I saw guys urinatingright in front of he by the hotel. Some rooms look right into the ally full of homeless and a messy building. No breakfast they didn't even offer water for ranked member. Stuff was nice though. Make sure to have the door latch on. I had a lady trying to come into my room. Apparently she was given my door number and a key. She couldn't come in since I had the door latch. All and all, if I have to go to Denver convention center, I'll probably stay here again.
