The free shuttle from the airport is great. The people at the front desk were friendly. The room was nice. The bed and sheets comfortable. Nice location and can easily walk to get dinner.

DON'T leave your car here. We paid to park our car here and use their airport shuttle to get to the airport. We came back to pick up our car and it had been stolen. The front desk staff could have cared LESS. When I asked if they had towed our car, their response was, "It was probably stolen. The hotel is not liable. Call the police." We waited in the lobby while waiting for the police to come and you would think someone would have had the decency to at least offer us water? To offer our exhausted toddler a snack? They were simply indifferent which just makes me think this happens all the time. The bonus comment, "We don't have cameras in the parking lot so that the hotel is not responsible for any theft or damage." And don't let anyone lead you to believe they monitor the parking lot. Great, thanks for the help!

Probably wouldn’t stay here again if I had the choice/during the pandemic. Safety protocols were totally lacking with food service (uncovered food) and the front desk mostly wore their masks below their mouths. Luckily there was a plexiglass partition at the front desk. Unfortunately, while waiting for the shuttle, the front desk person came out from behind the partition and right in front of guests began yelling at housekeeping while pulling down her mask. This woman was hollering and we watched in disgust as saliva spewed forth toward the poor housekeeper. This was the last impression I had which made me very happy I was moving on and I made a mental note not to stay here again when passing through Denver. This was an unsafe display, beyond the complete inappropriateness and unprofessionalism. I hope that housekeeper has found better employment elsewhere. This was the first Spring Hill I've been disappointed with/wouldn't recommend.

I thought I had a reserve, but it didn't go through. Thet were gracious in taking care of me. Breakfast was good and all staff very personable. Will be first choice next time through Denver.
