Unique concept generally well executed. But rooms need soundproofing when directly opening into an atrium with a bar. They’re happy to charge you a mandatory amenity fee for things you may not want but housekeeping is somehow no longer included.

A very nice hotel. The room was modest in size but very comfortable. There was no way to access rooms without the elevator. Shower was great. No bath option. Comfy towels (very soft). Nice and quiet, too.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Crawford. Jane helped us with check in and check out and she was amazing! She made us feel really welcome and was genuinely nice, not that fake customer service nice you usually get with people. Nick and Elroy at the valet also made our stay really enjoyable! They were always polite, personable, and we enjoyed our conversations with them while waiting for our vehicle.

I want to start off by saying the room was beautifully decorated and the amenities were good. The only reason for I’m not giving it 5 stars is due to the lack of attention to detail you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Our first room had small black hairs everywhere in the bed and under the pillows. The front desk was very accommodating and switched us to a different room immediately without hesitation. The second room was great, minus the wad of hair found on the wall of the shower wall. Again, the stay was wonderful, just lacking in attention to detail.
