Bought two vehicles from Chris Crain Hyundai since 2020.. I have a 2020 Elantra and a 2021 Hyundai Palisade. Likely won’t do business with them again. The sales experience was good. The service after the sale was not good, horrible in fact. I’ve started taking my vehicles to ORR Hyundai in Russellville and while out of the way, the service is superior and worth the drive. My issue (suspension) turned out to be a known issue where a TSB was issued and covered under warranty, but Crain would hardly even talk to me about it. Instead they were rude and just insisted they could not see me for three weeks. Crain in Little Rock was even worse at 30 days out. Russellville got me in the next day. Do better Crain in Conway! Edit: I went back and read some of the “low” reviews. Seems as if I’m not the only person with a negative opinion of the service department. Seriously folks, drive the 45 min to Russellville. That’s how it is supposed to be done.

We have been looking for a used Toyota Sienna for a while. I called 42 dealerships from Memphis, St.Louis and Little Rock. I found a perfect van on carfax website that said it was at Chris Crain. Within an hour of messaging the dealership, Roberta reached out to me, sent me photos, sent me videos and negotiated a deal all over phone and email! She was the only one in all 42 dealerships who offered to get our trade in valued and get everything done for us before we arrived. We traveled from Missouri and got a hotel across the street. Once we arrive Roberta was so sweet and helpful and made the process SO easy! I couldn’t recommend her more. My only issue was the guy trying to sell the warranties and not being clean in exactly what it would add to our total financed loan. However, the finance director gave me options when I called back to make me feel more at ease and assured me that wasn’t the way it was supposed to happen. I would recommend or use them again.

I bought my car from them and they did pay my state sales tax but I was responsible for the County taxes. This did come as a surprise bc I was not informed of this.
