Came into Massey Hyundai via tow of my 2017 Tucson with a blown engine and was met by the most courteous and professional staff from the beginning. Steve Saunders was patient and understanding and went to work to get me the best possible deal. After testing multiple cars, I decided to replace the car I Loved with a newer used 2020 model. I was offered a decent trade amount for my vehicle and chose another Tuscon. I have owned three Hyundai's( this being the fourth) and have had good experiences with most of them. Thanks to Steve, RD in finance, Chris and Mark in Service, I am a very Happy customers once again. Much gratitude to the Team at Massey Hyundai. Sincerely, Shari Martinsburg, WV

At the time we got our car, it was hard to get cars on the lot. When my husband and I narrowed down the type of car we wanted our sales person was kind enough to hold it for us! Overall experience was great with all people involved.

They have had my car for 4 months now trying to fix it. I'm paying on a car I don't even drive. They keep giving me the run around when asked how things are coming along.

I've never gotten out of a dealership with a new car in 2 hours. A+++ and shoutout to Steve Saunders!

Yes. We have the best options available for all buyers.
The answer is no. I live in PA and bought at Massey.
Depending on what's going on, and if it's a deal gone bad concerning a new Hyundai you may try reaching out to Hyundai to see if they can intervene in your behalf. Otherwise, assuming they have taken money that they aren't entitled to, you may have to contact the small claims court in Washington county and file a case against them. It doesn't cost much to do it, and there's no lawyers needed just make sure you can document your case and present it to a judge.
I cancelled the maintained program on the car in driving now. It took awhile to get my money as it comes from another source, then to Hyundai financial, then to the dealer where u got the car from then to you. But you have to stay on them. I was told it took about 30 days to complete everything before I got my check.
They will help you find financing but beware any dealership who finds you financing will be likely making more money off you. My suggestion is to find your own financing before going in.
When I was there last, they had an Ioniq on the lot.
