I took my car in to Hundai at Springfield for work on my car which was under warranty, Hundai said it was not under warranty so they said I either need to give them permission to do the work on the car which was $55,00 or pay a $50 storage fee for the car everyday that it was left there at Hundai so of course I told them to go ahead and perform the work because I needed my car to get to work. To make a long story short, I did have warranty and it was too late for them to cover it because Hundai already started the work. Now I’m having a problem with the car and Hundai is doing the same exact thing, telling me the car is out of warranty and the work is going to be $3000 so I’m paying more money in work for the car than I actually paid for the car because I bought it as a used car. Make you you check your warranty because Hundai will say you don’t have it when you clearly do and that’s more money in their pockets. Oh and not to mention oncee they get your car you can never get in touch with them to check status of your vehicle. Bad business.

Customer service rep in the service department, Antonio, took my information and ensured all the required services were completed in a timely manner. He informed me when everything was completed and made sure my vehicle was cleaned and vacuumed. Great as usual!!!

Great team and quick service. Went in to take care of my recalls on a 2016 Tucson. The guys in the service department were friendly, efficient and helped me get in and out with no problems. I would definitely recommend Safford Hyundai of Springfield.

Yes, we are excited to announce that the 2022 Tucson is here! Come in to check it out in person.
The 2021 Tucson has a smooth, more modern exterior and the 2022 Tucson was redesigned with sharp angles and dramatic accents. 2021 Tucson has an open honeycomb grill. 2022 has a wider grille with the lights integrated into the grille for a seamless look. 2022 has a more aggressive look with detailed lines that also decrease drag and road noise. The rims of 2022 have been redesigned as well. Hyundai integrated a sensor into the door handles for close proximity lock/unlock instead of a physical button on the door handle. Look at the back of the vehicles, the 2021 has traditional taillights while 2022 has teardrop taillights with a light bar across connecting the two so drivers behind you can clearly see your lights. Trunk size is relatively the same between 2021 and 2022. For more detailed information, please give us a call and a sales professional will be happy to go over those with you.
As you prepare for a summer road trip, check the pressure and tread of your tires, brakes, battery, belts, and fluids. I’d also recommend replacing your windshield wipers. Go ahead and clean the interior and exterior of your vehicle too. Having a sparkling clean windshield not only looks good but ensures you have a clear view of the road ahead. Bring your vehicle in for service and we’d be happy to look over the car, top off fluids, and run it through the wash for you.
The 2022 G70 is available now. Come see the redesigned G70 today.
Yes, we will buy any vehicle with no purchase necessary. The process is simple and only takes a few minutes. You can leave with a check in hand, or purchase something new. It's your choice.
A tire rotation is recommended every 3,000 to 5,000 miles, or every time you get an oil change. If your vehicle doesn’t require an oil change that often, plan to rotate your tires every 6 months.
The simple answer is no, but this all varies from person to person as everyone has different circumstances. You will need to discuss this with the finance manager.
No, we are still able to get the vehicle inventory everyone wants and we are still providing all services needed. We have upped our safety precautions during sales and service appointments. We require everyone to wear a mask while visiting as well as on test drives, we are using steering wheel covers while in the vehicles, and sanitizing commonly touched surfaces every hour. The safety of our employees and customers is our top priority.
We encourage all of our customers to ask as many questions as they can about a vehicle they are interested in. A few questions you should be asking are: What's the mileage? How many owners has this vehicle had? Which parts have been repaired or replaced? Has the vehicle been in any accidents? Is there a vehicle history report available? Our sales team will hand you all of this information up-front to ensure you are completely informed when purchasing a vehicle from any Safford dealership.
Tires generally wear unevenly. Some may wear quicker than others. A tire rotation means we switch the position of your tires so they all wear more evenly. This way your tires can be used for longer before they need to be replaced.

A certified pre-owned vehicle is a used car that has been through a rigorous 160-point inspection, refurbished, and has been certified by the manufacturer. These vehicles include an extended warranty from the manufacturer as well as additional benefits.

MSRP is the manufacturer's suggested retail price. This is also known as the sticker price with no discounts applied.
It's a automobile dealership, they sell cars and have a service department, it's a nice dealership and they took good care of me
Here at Safford Hyundai of Springfield, we don’t believe in taking advantage of our customers so there will be no dealer markup to the sticker price on any Hyundai’s. We strive to be personal, transparent, and the most genuine dealer around.
The GV70 will go 0-60 MPH in about 6.5 seconds and stop from 60-0 in 2.7 seconds.
There’s no time like the present. Since the used car market is slim right now, we are offering above market value for your trade. Give us a call today and we can walk you through the process.
Unfortunately, we cannot “hold” any vehicles. For a new vehicle, we can secure a deposit until you arrive at the dealership but, it’s at the discretion of the manager. We suggest calling the store first.
Used vehicles come from a variety of sources such as trade-ins, auctions, rental car fleets, or demos. We will provide you with your vehicle’s history as well.
All of our used vehicles are checked out by service and any needed repairs are completed at that time to ensure your vehicle is safe and ready to drive.
Leasing a vehicle is similar to renting a vehicle for a fixed period of time and miles. Give us a call if you have any questions or want further information.
We suggest that you give us a call at 703-776-9040 before driving the vehicle again. Our service department will get some more information from you and help you make the most appropriate choice for your situation.
No, unfortunately only service facilities in the state of Maryland can do Maryland State Inspections.
Another option you could try is disconnecting the negative battery cable for an hour. I know one of the problems is most stores won't reset a sensor
