Had to replace battery on 2013 Elantra. Now I can't do an emissions test. Have tried going through drive cycles to reset sensors but hard to meet all conditions for them around here. Can you help with this?

Another option you could try is disconnecting the negative battery cable for an hour. I know one of the problems is most stores won't reset a sensor

Hey, John. I'm sorry to say that the readiness monitors can't be commanded via scan tool on these like some German makes can. Recommend fuel to be between 1/2 tank and 3/4 tank, let the vehicle cone to operating temp before driving, and make a 40-60 mile continuous trip. Hope that helps!
