I just spoke with the manager here. He said certain 2018s and newer cannot be serviced. Anything older and certain 2018s CAN be serviced.
The service department advisors should be able to help you with that. See Karen in service, she can get your vehicle in to get the lid opened and diagnosed.

A yr ago huh? Lol sorry. But for others reading this, i recently lost my car key to 2004 Accent and EVERYTHING i researched said a locksmith HAD to come out to my car to rekey- around $200. I called dealership, bought key for $20 and they cut it for $15! I brought all paperwork with VIN such as registration/insurance and my ID. AND they shuttled me there and back! Thx Dealership
