We have been waiting for over 2 months for them to reconnect our house. They keep setting dates but don't show up. We've tried calling daily or "trusting" them to come when they say. Nothing has worked and we need electricity now to finish our build. They sure have no problem taking our money.

It'd be nice if yall could actually keep power on for a whole 4 months... but ya can't. And I can't do anything about it because you are a monopoly

How far will consumers go with their secondary wire. The building I want to go to is 156ft from the transformer pole.

110' overhead and 200' underground, unless their are large(5+HP) motors.
