The phone to report power outage just disconnected me ! First the machine said 3am now 4 am so much for sleep I need my breathing machine ! It’s been happening a lot lately. Wish your company had better communication with calling !

Really the worst. Moved into an apartment where the previous tenants moved out without disconnecting and owed a bill. Went through 4 different people giving me different/ same answer. The previous tenants average electric use over 2 or 3 months was like 900$ so in order to get new electric we had to pay a 900 deposit BASED ON THE PREVIOUS TENANT BILL. PLUS A NOTARIZED LEASE. Then my bf goes 2 the electric company in person and they said oh no just open a new account with a lease. JUST NOW WE GET A BILL FOR 1000 97 $PLUS 930 DEPOSIT THEY TOLD HIM IN PERSON THEY WEREN'T GONNA DO. So now we gotta pay 1000 by July 1st when previous on the phone they told us it could be spread out over 3 or 4 months. YOU GUYS ARE THE WORST, INCOMPETENT, LYING SACKS. PUNISHING NEW TENANTS BECAUSE OLD TENANTS DIDNT PAY. AND THEIR USAGE "450 MONTH "SUPPOSEDLY WAS BECAUSE THEY DIDNT PAY THEIR ELECTRIC BILL MONTHLY. THAT WASN'T THEIR TRUE USAGE. IT USED TO BE 200$ FOR A NEW ACCOUNT DEPOSIT..NOT BASED ON PREVIOUS TENANTS USAGE.

I'd been on hold for over 40 minuets (but according to their automated service the current wait time was one minuet) and was finally recieved by and employee by the name of Xavier. I was calling to report a power line stuck in a tree near my property that seems to be very dangerous based on how tightly the branch is forcing the line down. I was told how important it is to stay on the line while he opened a case file, and was immediately disconnected. Called the number back, and now there is a 4 hour wait time. Their automated service is unbelievably difficult to navigate, and they do not call you back when they are the ones who disconnect. Hopefully that line doesn't start a fire.

I’ve been trying to transfer my service for an hour via my account, but it won’t let me get beyond the Access Code portion. It’s absolutely BS that we can’t chose another electric company, especially when customer service is as poor as AC Electric. We need to speak up people.
