No one returns calls and you can only get a voicemail message to leave your message. Impossible to communicate with Office so if anyone else knows another way to get a response please advise it would be appreciated. This is my family cemetary since the 1800s and sad no one will call you back to order services for another family member. May have to find another place for my dad....very disappointed.

I lost my mother and my grandmother in the same month and called to ensure I had the right measurements for a headstone for my mother. When I called I was told everything I needed. I then bought the headstone and had it delivered to the cemetery mid-November 2020. I was told the headstone would be placed before Christmas. Now that it is 5 Jan 2021, I called to see why the headstone had not been placed and was told that first they have many funerals to do and second I have to pay $575 for a foundation (first time that was mentioned). I then asked why this was never mentioned in the past and the response was I don't know. I finally asked if the stone could just be placed without a foundation so that I could mourn my mother and was told yes, probably next week. I served 24 years in the Marine Corps and this is clearly my most vulnerable moment. I wish it could have been easier. Hopefully it will finally be placed next week.
