Called to do a random recorded survey and the woman was incredibly condescending as soon as I gave a 3 out of 10 rating on my previous experience with them. Literally ended that survey with now an even lower rating and impression. 👏 horrible customer service Peco. Can't even give a satisfactory experience while they're doing a customer service survey. Smh.

Started send shut off notices 2 days after bill was due. Been a customer for 20+ years. Yes I had some late payments but never to the point they actually had to shut anything off

I get why the prices are lower than competing companies, their service and planning are horrible. We rent a property that is less than 8 years old and they need to change the meter for the house. They never told us they needed to change the meter, they just showed up and we were not there. Subsequently we get a notice saying they are going to cut our service if they do not get access to the meter. The meter is outside, not obstructed. Poor project management and poor customer service. Seriously considering our power options at this point.
