This car wash needs to get it together! I have a whole membership and half the time I go the wash is down. Or if the wash is working the vacuums are not! Thoroughly disappointed!!

Edit: A year later they responded to me on here after they already rejected to help in any way to fix the damage to my vehicle. My paint job is still a mess from this! I just got a new car 2 weeks ago and drove through the car wash and it RUINED my paint!! I have scratches everywhere covering every inch of my car!! Im heartbroken!!

I have been to Okie Express a few times now and have never had any issues. I do prefer the spinning brushes over the touch-less wash simply because I feel like it washes the grime off better. They do have a touch-less option directly next to the brush wash if you would prefer that!

Once, I was told to come back to make my damage claim when the manager got back from vacation. (Actually, I was told he would call me when he got back.) However, when I did not hear anything 2 weeks after his return-to-work date, I went in to show them the damage. They said they could not fix it because their camera "only goes back 30 days." The delay was their fault, not mine! Anyone else been treated so dishonestly?
