Has anyone else had damage to their car that Okie Express would not repair?

I have been to Okie Express a few times now and have never had any issues. I do prefer the spinning brushes over the touch-less wash simply because I feel like it washes the grime off better. They do have a touch-less option directly next to the brush wash if you would prefer that!

Yes, it damaged my car. Don't go, big spinning brushes is just a recipe for disaster. Go to a brush less wash or do it yourself.
