Once, I was told to come back to make my damage claim when the manager got back from vacation. (Actually, I was told he would call me when he got back.) However, when I did not hear anything 2 weeks after his return-to-work date, I went in to show them the damage. They said they could not fix it because their camera "only goes back 30 days." The delay was their fault, not mine! Anyone else been treated so dishonestly?
