It is not fun being a neighbor to an Integrity property. I had to contact them a couple months ago to alert them to a property being abandoned a month before. The property was covered in ivy, including growing inside the windows. The duplex attached was equally as covered. The new tenants are letting the property be destroyed as well. Personally, I can’t imagine letting these folks manage my property as it seems they never check up on the property.

Applicants we approve must have their pet screened by a pet screening service. You can see our breed restrictions and rules on our website. Pets found to damage property are to be removed by the tenant or face eviction.
We do request tenants complete self inspections using an app on their phone from time to time to assess condition of the home and reduce the number of times staff need to enter your home.
We do for current tenants, families applying to move in will need to show proof of employment to qualify.
