The worst ER I've ever been in !!! Very Rude and Disrespectful. I'm 67 , overall the care was horrific. There are a couple of nurses who actually care!! I'm outta here..

So one day I was here and waited in the doctor's office for one hour and 30 minutes because of some confusion supposedly at the front desk and today I come in and I am 4 minutes late and they had already called the front desk and told them to tell me that I need to reschedule. So while I was an elevator they call the front desk. that's not okay some people still do work

I went to Summit for a couple of x-rays. Having done X-rays before I expected to pay $40-$50 dollars as I have for the past three decades in the valley. Much to my dismay I received a bill for nearly $1000. Now, my bad for not checking prior to the X-ray, but come on. $976. I did get a 15% discount when I paid in full so that eases some of the pain. Now I understand why the waiting room was completely empty, except this fool. It's better to drive to the valley and pay the $48 quoted by SMIL then to go to Summit. I will say that the staff was excellent and would give them 5 stars.

This does not rate the medical personnel of Summit Healthcare. For the most part I feel they are good. But the insurance staff, the scheduling staff would get a 0 from me if I could do that. I called the first time and left a message. They said they would return the call within one business day. 3+ weeks later I received a return call. I was trying to schedule a procedure for a very uncomfortable condition. I finally got the test but now I have called for a follow up test. This is a week later, still no return call and I continue to have difficulty. I decided to go to the Valley to get the followup and....you guessed it, I can't get my records. Save yourself a lot of trouble and if you have another home, go there. I know it's Covid time but this is more than frustrating.
