I came to the center for a chronic muscle pain issue I have and from the start my experience was mixed. First appointment I was looked at funny when I mentioned muscle pain and told that the center primarily treats nerve pain. Otherwise the appointment was fine, I felt listened to, and left with some suggested dietary changes and a referral for counseling. The counselor they sent me to seemed like a nice enough guy, but the sessions revolved around lectures about pain, 8 pieces of literature to read, and the counselor telling me how overworked he is. Tried working the techniques discussed in the literature, they made things worse, and then when going back to the counselor he told me not to do the techniques like they were written out in the literature. Not being able to trust the next stint of reading after that I did not go back. The finale was being recommended a treatment they said they would check with my insurance if it would cover, UW said it would, and then I got footed the bill. I'm not sure what information they got concerning that, why it took 5 weeks for them to get that information, and then why I got a message that didn't reflect my benefits that they checked (?). Overall everyone was really nice here, I didn't have a bad experience, but I don't feel like I had a good one either. I really felt everyone was trying to help, but something just constantly felt off about the care I received. Go here if you have nerve pain I guess.

This is for their billing department, impossible to work with. I had some tests done on a visit for an abdominal pain, my insurance said they would cover it 100% but because they billed it incorrectly now I have to pay $200+ and they are unwilling to make a correction. It's as simple as changing the diagnosis code from S39011A to Z0000

After multiple visits it feels each time like being experimented on by a med student while a doctor watches from the other side of the room. Definitely does not feel safe to go here for any procedure.

Dr Han has been life changing for me. Very validating and helpful so far in the year I’ve been his patient.

Yes there is underground paid parking. And a couple of paid parking sites right by the building.
They've been changing with labor shortages, but last I checked, 9-5pm.
Call them
Yes, but like any parking garage in Seattle you have to pay
