I’m very disappointed in wait time for calls, anywhere between 20 to 50 minutes! No one picks up and asks can you please hold, you automatically go right to hold with music playing.

Trisha, the person who answered the on call phone tonight said take some aspirin right before hanging up on me for the 3rd time. Nothing you should say to a patient if you don't know their allergies. I'm so disappointed!!!!!!!! She would not let you anwer her questions and was so bitter and rude. And nothing was resolved. I am so shocked she has a job the was she spoke to me. She lacked empathy and compassion.

This is the worst doctors office I’ve ever been too. I’ve had this doctor for about 2 years now my first year there they didn’t even have my medical records but they kept ordering blood work for me ? Now today I made an appointment and didn’t get back into a room until 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time when there were other patients who walked in behind me and got called straight back. I was in an serious situation which I explained over the phone. I feel like I was treated very poorly for my condition the women who came back to get me had a nasty attitude. The icing on the cake was me asking my doctor questions about my health and her not being able to answer anything when these are common things that women go through. I asked for information on a counselor for my current situation and I was provided no answers.I’ve been hung up on by the front desk people multiple times. This doctors office is not professional, never on time for appointments, and overall the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable to come see my primary care doctor until I got here. I will be switching my primary doctor because today was unacceptable and I should be able to ask my questions receive answers, I shouldn’t have to receive a call back any time when I have a question for someone to not call me back. Worst office I’ve ever been too.
