lol Jack, you've got a few years! It is a health/fitness program (primarily) for seniors (+55), which includes free memberships at participating gyms (like LA Fitness) and workout classes for aame--online and (optionally) on location. (I haven't seen such classes at any LA Fitness I've visited, but have seen them offered at other gyms)
This LA fitness location has basketball court, pool free weights and others. It's relocated at this place about 2 months ago and all new equipments.
And
This gym does not have a sauna. It is very clean, it is only a couple of months old. All of the equipment is brand new. I would highly recommend this location
Yes, there's a basketball court that has regulars. I believe in the spring and summer, the court is used for volleyball for 1 day a week.
Wasn't dirty when I last went.

The new location is shown in Google maps now, it's near the intersection of 141 and Holcomb Bridge Rd in the shopping center on the west side of 141.
