I needed a truck last minute to pick up furniture. They asked how long I needed it n they got me into a truck last minute. I had no issues returning my truck. I dropped off and took photos of miles n inside n outside truck.

After reading the reviews I was very wary of renting from here. Decided to give it a shot. Rented a tow dolly for one day. Pickup was easy, yes they don't let you in the building but they gave me a receipt once he came back out that showed all the charges. He helped me hook up to my vehicle and instructed me on how to use the dolly including tips and tricks to make it work right and not damage my car. Returning was also easy, just dropped it off, called and let them know I returned it, and drove away. Correct charge showed up on my credit card three days later. Great experience.

Another victim. Should of done my due diligence before coming to this place. I go there guy refuses to check me out after I bring back their truck. He wants me to leave to do it. Real shady stuff. Now he over charged me and no explanation as to why
