We were greeted kindly and were given a seat to wait for "supposed technician" to speak to us. It was a reasonable suggestion. What wasn't remotely reasonable were the options suggested by the technician. All I wanted is for the right Xffinity app on my TV so that I could watch the programs that were promised. I am a Diamond member without any perks. A simple login might be the answer instead of a house call charged to me. I think you folks better stick to selling your cell phones and hire English speaking people to guide long time patrons to a pleasant telephone experience.

My guess would be a combination of cost and packages. I think they're up to 4-6 channel lineups so it starts getting a little confusing. Plus they have the list online and in the guide whereas hard copy costs money.
Unfortunately it's super frustrating how there is no stores that have a phone number....let alone enough workers. Phone calls would just slow down the process of in store face to face interactions
No you don't. But if you want to skip the line of 2 people waiting your appointment will go ahead of the walk ins
Call Xfinity. The store doesn't have a phone number. Or catch one of their trucks. They can tell you

When I went to the Pottstown office of Xfinity, I found there were at least 5 people who were there to answer any question you had. I went to get a new cable box. When I arrived, they opened the door for me, took my name, the lady said she had my new box ready and would activate it and I was able to ask her any question. If you need to go there, don't be nervous, they were very good to me.
