Bad attitude of the people when serving you as if they did not want to work for that reason I do not give it 5 stars but apart from that my appt. It was 4:30 pm and they let me in at 2:30 pm, they charged me in 2 hours maybe a little less I think it's not bad since they made me enter two hours before my appt.
