Was told that online tickets were cheaper so I went and looked. Online was $34 and at the depot was $52 so it was a nice find. Then before booking it asked me if I wanted to be a rewards member to get another 10% off so of course I signed up. When done it asked me if I wanted to apply my discount to my saved queried trip, I said yes. So it pops up a price of $52 with a $5.20 discount. Now that I've signed up there is no way to go back. It always recognizes my computer. The guy at the depot counter just shruggs "I dunno". Crap. I'll never ride Greyhound, screw em'. I'll Craigslist rideshare from now on.
