This company (Shelby) on numerous occasions sent failed hard drives to us. I had to coach them on how to do their job correctly. The last pallet wasn't banded or secured properly so several boxes fell off. Shelby proceeds to file a claim on our behalf with the carrier. "Ace Waste" not taking any responsibility for the $1800 worth of failed product they sent to us-yet again. It is obvious they do not have the equipment to test their products correctly or just plain don't know what they are doing. They also don't know what it means to break interstate commerce rules and regulations, online sales rules and regulations, or what the UCC is...….when asked for their testing reports I received no response. I am guessing they are great when you have a pile of junk to get rid of but when it comes to protecting your customers or acting as a responsible vendor-forget it--they are in it for your money only. Buyer beware.

We accept TVs. CRT TVs and Monitors (Big Bulky Back and Outward Curved Screen) cost $20 to recycle. Otherwise, flat panel TVs, monitors, and DLP (Big Back, but flat screen) are free to drop off.

We take car batteries, laptop batteries, battery backup batteries, etc. We do not take bulk Alkaline. So no bulk AA, AAA, 9V etc.
