We have had a RO system and the home filter system for the last year. Set up was great and replacement of the filters were very easy. Customer support was very helpful and quite patient for all of my many questions and many phone calls. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and professional. One technician that really went out of his way, was Will. Thank you again for your help and your kindness and compassion for someone who just needed some extra. Thanks again .

My family has loved the RO system! We have bought 3 units (2 as gifts) The install is super easy and they have a video walk through for the installation. Worst case call customer support, they are always super polite and happy to help. My wife loves how fast the system can fill the storage tank and the waste water is the lowest that we found. We enjoy knowing that our water tastes good and knowing that our kids are not drinking dirty water. We fill up our water containers and take the water with us on trips. We did our first annual filter change over the weekend and it was a breeze. Again they have a video walk through to help. I would highly recommend checking into their systems.

As a very satisfied Perfect Water customer for over 5 years, I have relied on this amazing water to enhance both my life and that of my treasured pets. When the birds were having problems laying eggs, I signed up for Perfect Water with the artesian filter, giving them the much needed calcium and minerals for their healthy eggs. Perfect Water makes for better flavor in my coffee and tea … and I bring a bottle with me to outings with friends – I call it House White and explain I make it at home. They love it too!

OUTSTANDING in all areas. Can’t even begin to describe the level of customer support Jonathan provided me and the company as a whole has gone above and beyond to outline the SCIENCE behind why this or that product and made me feel confident in my purchase. As far as the water quality? Amazing….it’s as good as you’re hoping for and then some. I’ll never drink anything else again and any other spring or bottled is very noticeably inferior to me now. It’s fantastic, and I’ve blown many friends mind. They call literally call it “Alex’s perfect water”, not knowing that’s coincidentally the company lol! I did the install myself also and was a breeze. They have great tutorials and again, top notch customer service. I live in an apt also and maintenance has seen it and had no worries. So if you were concerned about that, don’t be. It’s a painless install and I’ll swap/plug just the drain piece you tap into and carry the whole system with me to my next abode. LOVE IT. Used to pickup RO from a local place (also great) but getting it in house is the move. You won’t regret it!

When planning the installation of your new Home Master RO system if you are unable to drill a hole for placement of your new faucet there are a couple of different options as listed below. Option 1: The system can be connected only to your fridge however you’ll need to flush out the system from time to time and so it is handy to have a way to get the waste water in your sink or a bucket. You don’t want the flush water getting into your fridge because it’s a bear flushing out your fridge and ice maker. Get the Refrigerator Connection Kit and use the Inline Ball Valve 3/8” as your termination and flush point under your sink. Option 2: Replace the existing main faucet with a Combination Tap/RO Water Faucet. Option 3: If the underside of your kitchen sink has 3 (or more) holes and your kitchen faucet is a single hole type you will possibly be able to remove its base plate, adding 2 extra holes. Use one hole for a soap dispenser and the other hole for the RO faucet.
pH is the abbreviation for the term "Hydrogen Potential", and is used to indicate the acidity or alkalinity (base) of a substance or compound as ranked on a scale from 1.0 to 14.0. Alkalinity increases as the pH value increases and acidity increases as the pH value decreases. See the graphic below for the pH of some common fluids. The pH scale measures the logarithmic concentration of hydrogen (H+) and hydroxide (OH-) ions, which make up water (H+) + (OH-) = (H2O). When both types of ions are in equal concentration, the pH is 7.0 or neutral. Below 7.0, the water is acidic (there are more hydrogen ions than hydroxide ions).
The first thing we need to know is your water source. Do you get your water from a treated municipal source -- do you have city water -- or do you have a private well on your land? If you have a private well, please send us a copy of your most recent water analysis or get your well water tested so we can make a recommendation based upon the contaminants that are actually present in your water. If you have city water please consider one of our Home Master Reverse Osmosis Systems for your drinking water, and a Whole House Conditioner/Softener to filter and condition your home's entire water supply. If you live in a condo and a whole house system is impossible, then consider shower filters so that you are not bathing in chlorinated water. If your city uses chloramines then you may use any of our RO systems for your drinking water. If you decide to use a whole house system to pre-treat the water for chloramines, then you will need to get the Home Master 3 Stage Sediment NanoFibe
We do not offer whole house reverse osmosis systems as they are prohibitively expensive to install and maintain, and they waste a tremendous amount of water. In certain well water applications whole house reverse osmosis is the correct and only water treatment method that will make the water fit for use. However, for the vast majority of households, it is absolutely unnecessary to waste 5-8 gallons of water per 1 gallon purified so that you can have pharmaceutical grade water in your toilet and laundry machine. So, instead we recommend reverse osmosis filtration for cooking and drinking water, and whole house filtration and/or softening which removes the troublesome or dangerous contaminants without wasting nearly as much water.
