My mother came in to deposit some money as this is a shared branch with farmers credit union, i don't know if it's a lack of training or they didn't want to help, but they said they don't have anything to do with farmers and turned her away. If you are interested in experiencing "knock-your-socks-off" service during a loan process Michelle Ryba is the person to go to. Michelle was truly awesome in working through a very challenging situation - she overcame technology issues, issues with my awful previous lender, changing terms and a timeline that was insane. Michelle stayed late on a Saturday to ensure I was taken care of and my loan closed that day. I have always had really great service from FSCU, but Michelle took it to a whole different level! In a time where even good customer service is hard to find, she delivered extraordinary customer service.

Hi Daniela, The ATMs at our branches are not set up to take deposits, however, you can always take advantage of Shared Branches & ATMs to make deposits at other ATMs in the CO-OP network.
