Worst service ever. I’d I could give Zero Stars, that’s what it deserves. Only two women working the counter. 40 minute wait. I must say that one of the women; she was Asian, worked her tail off. The other woman; who was Black was eating candy and had earphones in her ears. She was not interested in helping the long line of customers waiting. She spent the entire 40 minutes that I was there with the same customer. She was definitely slow walking the rest of us. I will never use this Post Office location again. Some guy came from the back to pick up packages that had been checked in at the counter and he literally just threw them all in the floor. If I hadn’t already waited 40 minutes, I would have walked away! Great way to handle customer packages, NOT!!!!

For passport services, Cassandra was incredibly helpful and friendly. I was ignorantly unprepared, but she helped me process everything. She made the whole ordeal easy and saved me from having to wait another 3 weeks to redo an appointment. Thank you!

Asian lady is extremely rude and impatient with the customers - she should be fired a LONG time ago. The older white lady and the two black ladies are very helpful and nice but the asian one is always with a nasty attitude. AVOID her if you can.
