Having to pick up packages at this post office is awful. Twice I’ve gone to pick up packages and had to wait 40+ minutes. This is not an exaggeration. The people at the counter refuse to grab your package for you, even if there’s no line. They make you wait by the door for someone to open it and give you your package. There was a huge line of people waiting behind me and people getting more and more upset. 40 minutes of us waiting and ringing the doorbell with no one answering. We asked the people at the counter multiple times if they could get someone to the door, they said they would and never did. Post office is only open during standard working hours so a lot of people can only come on their lunch break and cannot afford to wait 40 mins for them to open the door. Please get this handled. This shouldn’t be an issue every time people need to pick up packages. Hire more than one person to take care of helping people at the door at the very least.

This my second package that was delivered in the parcel locker with no key to get in the locker. I think the delivery driver is stealing peoples packages. This site needs to be Investigated

You'd have better luck mailing something by carrier pigeon or raven than you would using USPS. Absolute joke of a mail carrier and every single employee should be ashamed of themselves they've sunk to a level of having to be employed by them.
