Worst company ever, stop bullying people!

BEWARE! They do not disclose all fees in advance. They'll direct you to Homewise, but then get to closing and there are over $1,000 worth of additional fees due to undisclosed "reserve assessments". I'll continue to write to my state representative to start closely regulating homeowners associations and management companies to put an end to their shady way of not disclosing fees in advance. Such a dishonest and snake-in-the-grass way of doing business.

Claudia Lopez is rude as heck. I received help getting my past due HOA's fees paid. It's hard to get a live person. I messaged them asking have they received payment. She pretty much told me my account will be blocked until payment is received and it's not her job to track down my payment and to reach out to HAF to find out where it is. I then informed her, that's why I was reaching out to them before I reached out to HAF. I told her doing NOTHING is clearly her job because the pool is ALWAYS closed, people's grass isn't cut, trash cans are in plain view and a whole list of other things. I can't stand this HOA.

Without a doubt you (and plenty of your neighbors) will get notices sent for the most absurd things. I think it's amazing how a company can just blatantly A) send you notices or fines for things that are so minute (or they need to peer into your backyard for instance) or B) things that are THEIR problem to fix.
