Got a unit yesterday, I set it up online and it was quick and easy, when I arrived I already had a gate pass and all. I had forgot to buy a lock so the lady working in the office Shandie was very helpful, they had a affordable lock to purchase so no leaving your things unattended while leaving to buy a lock. Shandie was super helpful with making sure my account was correct and informing me on how everything works. The place was clean and welcoming to believe my belongings will be safe on her property.
