100% happy with my service here. First time renting a storage unit and didn't know what to expect but the property manager Larissa made everything so easy. Answered all my questions and made me feel safe storing my thing at her property. I definitely recommend you anybody.

I had a payment arrangement with them & on the day I went in to pay (Saturday 3/26/2022 @ 2:30pm) there was no one there. I tried using the app twice to pay to no avail. I tried paying this morning (3/28/2022) on the app & it still didn’t work. Finally, I left work & physically went in again around 11am & they had cut my lock without calling or trying to get in touch with me at all. I even advised the “property manager” that I had been by to try and pay & had tried several times through the app. Essentially she said tough luck and I had to pay for an additional lock after trying unsuccessfully several times to hold up to my end of our payment arrangement. On top of that; a month after I signed a rental contract agreement for $100/month and moved all of my furniture and items into my unit, they “raised rates” Basically this company will lure you in with the idea of a “fair deal” on storage pricing & then raise rates once you’ve moved all your belongings into your unit. Knowing you’ll most likely not have the time or energy to deal with the hassle of moving everything to another facility. I can’t say I agree with their business practices & if I could do it over I would 100% have gone to another company. Their customer service is sub par at best.

After the 6th of the month there is a $28.00 late fee
Why cant I access my storage unit that I am paying rent for after 9pm. No 24 hour access available.
