You have to pay either by the first or a few days after. If its not by then they put a red lock on it until you pay. When you pay they take the lock off
Call the manager, nice lady during business hours. You can pay by phone. They have been VERY trustworthy with that.
It is not a 24hr location but i dont remember how late you can go
