Within a week my storage unit was broken too by my husband they did not even know about it until I notified them 4 weeks went by they knew the situation that I was going through and yet my husband broke into my storage unit another three times and took everything except for one item I was not able to get into my storage unit after the first week of the first incident and the storage unit manager Troy decided that he was not going to refund everything I paid just the remaining after they cut off my locks and I came and got my black chair everything from that point on he refunded I do not suggest you getting a storage unit at the site because the last three break-ins that my husband took the rest of my things I also had notified them of those break in as well along with the time and dates so that they could go back through and get the footage and put it on a hard drive for me. Your things may look safe there even though they live above the office your things are not safe there they are not aware of what is going on they may have cameras but they're not monitored they're there to catch if anything were to happen I would go elsewhere to store your things.

Just wanted to say that Whitney is extremely helpful, friendly and *VERY* patient with customers. She took the time to sit with me and walk me through my account while making me feel comfortable and not judged. Also have to give a shout out to Troy for his willingness to help, care and work with me with he didn’t have to. ‘Real life’ happens and the team unexpectedly gave me grace when it was needed most. Something I will always remember that made a great impression on me.
