Just to mention that it is not a church, they are called a Jehovah's Witnesses hall and here no collections of any kind are made and there is no charge to enter or for spiritual help.

Yes they meet again in person , masks are not required but encouraged, most wear masks for safety .Can still meet thru video if your sick . Masks are kept at the hall if needed . Enjoy
