The staff was great. The shower had plenty of pressure. BUT our toilet was about to overflow, tv didn’t have sound, the wall had something on it that had run down to the floor, people wandered around all the time especially at night outside, no elevator (2 floors was all it had), outside needed a lot of attention, bedding was terribly old and worn, etc. Toilet was fixed and TV too. Breakfast was okay, no jelly, cream cheese, butter. Probably wouldn’t stay again!

I was severely disappointed with this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. Upon checking in, our friends asked if they could be near our room, but not sharing a wall. The front desk clerk rudely said, "We are fully booked, so you get what you get". That response caught us all off guard. When we got to our room, we noticed that the trash had not been taken out from the previous guest. There was also a wet washcloth in the shower and someone's hair on the shower wall and pieces of the bathtub drain were tossed in the bottom of the bathtub. Our friends had to ask for new towels for their room because theirs were all dirty. Their room also had an awful smell to it, which we figured to be cigarette smoke and whatever the cleaning crew sprayed to try to mask the smell. The overall cleanliness of the rooms was VERY disappointing. This hotel does have a continental breakfast, which is surprisingly hard to find anymore. However, there is a serious difference in the number of guests and the number of available seating in the breakfast room. They could stand to add a few more tables and chairs to accommodate the number of guests that eat breakfast. The food was fine, normal baked goods, a waffle maker, cereal and a few warm items. One morning the juice machine was turned off and the staff member was telling people it was not going to be refilled for the day. At that point there was about 2 hours left of breakfast, not sure what that was about. The juice was refilled and working fine the next morning. The hotel as a whole left a lot to be desired. The hallways were dark and dingy and very hot near the pool area. The outside entrance we used to get into the building near our room only worked once out of the four days we were there. The second to last day, the door handle was completely gone. There was a large parking lot in the back for trucks and trailers, yet there were still trucks taking up multiple parking spots in the parking lot. I would have thought staff could have done something about that as well. Long story short, there are plenty of other affordable hotels in the area that would be a better option. I will definitely not be staying here again and I would not recommend it to anyone I know.

One of the best things this hotel has going for it is a good location. Is easy to get to from the interstate. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately yet again a hotel had their spa and pool closed for maintenance. Since that is prominently part of their advertising it was a big disappointment that neither was available. The hotel was far enough away from the road that road noise was not an issue at all. There is a very nice lobby. Breakfast was fairly decent. There were several hot choices. However I could not locate butter for waffles or bagels. To be fair I didn't actually ask for it. The people who were maintaining the breakfast area did a great job and were friendly and helpful.

Right off the interstate makes this a nice spot, yet its very quiet here. They are currently doing some remodeling and painting of the hallways. The staff is very friendly and has always been really helpful from check in untill it is time to leave. Only real issue I had was having to reboot the Cox Cable box connected to the TV. Once that happened I was able to watch the TV normally. The room also has a really great desk and chair if you need to do any bit of work. They do offer hotels wide wifi to connect your devices. . The showers also were really nice, high pressure and hot, very relaxing after a long day on the road.

Hey Shelley. I do not know to be honest. But I think cost wise it would be worth checking into. I enjoy staying there and the staff is always courteous and helpful. And their prices seem to be reasonable, I guess it kind of depends on what you are looking for.
