The location of this hotel was convenient for our planned visit to the Omaha Zoo and was close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was efficient at check in and out. Breakfast was fine and serving area was clean. The room, however, had stained and worn carpet. The sofa was also in need of a good cleaning or replacement. I placed a towel over it before I would sit. Furniture very scuffed up. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet. An additional $20 was charged to my credit card at check out, which then made total higher than a more highly rated hotel I had reviewed in downtown Omaha.

No complaints other than it seems overpriced considering the age and decor of the property. The property is clean, front desk is friendly, and the hot breakfast hit the spot. I had questions about a nearby venue and the staff was very helpful and gave solid recommendations that worked out perfectly for me. The hotel was full both nights I was there but I didn't hear a peep all night. I'd stay there again.

Extremely thin walls, mystery carpet stains, highly variable water temperature, some of the worst pillows I have ever used, loud clunks from the AC, there was a grounding pin broken off in an in use outlet in the breakfast area, TV mounting to the wall in the room was a full quarter inch off the wall and loose enough that I was afraid to touch it, the doorhandle to the bathroom had to have the screws manually tightened so that it did not fall off and lock me in. This is operated by a subsidiary of a subsidiary of a Marriott affiliate and in no way worth the price unless you absolutely have to stay near the convention center. The desk staff was extremely nice though so I gave an extra star but it is inescapably clear that ownership/management does not care about upkeep on this property

Great hotel for our family (three young boys) for spring break fun in Omaha. Great hot breakfast included. Pool is not big but worked great for the kids to play. Hot cocoa bar and coffee set up all day.
