This place is horrible we would have never stayed here if I didn't check google for reviews. Instead, I booked off the Choice website which had good reviews but do not be tricked like we were! The first room we were in had peices of the carpet missing or burnt off. The tub was not clean and the room smelled like smoke. We switched rooms to a different one and it was still in horrible condition. The AC did not work and had stains all over the curtains and the tub had soap that was used by the previous guest still in the tub. The tub did not drain and it was so gross that we wore our shoes the whole time. The next day when leaving we saw the maid had a dirty mop on fresh towels. I told the front desk and they said the owner Jay would give me a phone call but never did about our stay. On the way out we saw that there was a letter to the Nebraska Food Inspector. For this reason, we didn't even try the breakfast after reading other reviews.

Our room was not up to the standard they show in pictures. The TV stand had holes in it. The walls had areas that had been repainted and the color didn't even match, so it was obvious. The doors had scratches. It smelt like smoke. The employees kind of just had an attitude like they deal with complaints constantly and don't care anymore. Pretty disappointing with the price we paid. Oh and our room had ants in it. Another guest staying said he had the same thing.

It was nice and excellent customer service. After a horrible experience at a different hotel nearby, they were able to get a couple rooms reserved for us at the last minute. This is my first pick for a hotel in the area! The complimentary breakfast was DELICIOUS! I have eaten complimentary breakfast all over the country at different hotels. Most are the normal "It'll get you by", but yalls was great. If the older gentleman that was cleaning was also the cook, give him a raise! It was great tasting food and I went back for seconds. Thanks!

Unfortunately, there are very few positive things I can say about this hotel. It is clear that our room had been given a number of cosmetic "updates" that were no more than cheap and quick face lifts to mask very old and tired hardware. The mirror in the bathroom had simply been glued on top of the existing mirror, the shower hardware was flimsy and was shoddily placed on top of the existing hardware, and the tub was terribly creaky. Oh, and one of the faucet handles came off when we went to turn it on. Light switches, fixtures, and smaller hardware that would've been more difficult to replace were all original, rusty, and tired, to put it charitably. The entire fitness center consists of one treadmill, one elliptical, and a half full rack of dumbbells. The treadmill is extremely noisy and, you guessed it, very tired. There were also no towels or sanitation materials whatsoever. Walking through the hallways, you can tell the entire building is tired and worn down; also, I was alarmed to see almost every "staff only" door left ajar, including doors that led to maintenance and building utilities, meaning anyone who walked into the building would have free access. Also, despite being advertised as a smoke-free hotel, it is clear that guests can and do smoke in these rooms, and the smell is not masked well at all. The hotel is also next to some kind of industrial park, giving the landscape a very gritty, unmanicured feel. On the plus side, the parking lot is well lit at night. Frankly, the whole hotel left me feeling like my skin was crawling. The place really feels like lipstick on a pig, and I could not see myself ever recommending it. If you have no other options in the area, it's a roof over your head, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable.

Distance to Harrah's casino and is there a shuttle from Comfort Inn?

There's no shuttle at that hotel. As far as distance, there's this app called Google Maps. Try it out.
