I'm very pleased with Carolina Internal Medicine. Receptionists are always friendly and my wait time is never too long. I can't say enough about Dr. Spivey. He has really brought my good health back. He has gone above and beyond what doctors have done for me in the past.

So grateful to finally have a primary care physician I have established routine care with. Dr. Spivey and the staff are wonderful and have been so helpful when I’ve gotten sick outside my normal annual visits. I really appreciated Dr. Spivey followed up after my COVID Telehealth visit with another physician in their practice and wanted me to come in for a follow up.

They are both MDs. Dr Lemauviel is a DO.
Not 100% sure if she's taking new patients, most likely? She's a very thorough doctor. Listens and cares about her patients. I work in the lab, and listen to compliments about her all the time! Her nurse is awesome too! I may be a little biased, but I think we have an awesome practice!
