A very unique experience of Vegas history. Highly recommend both the boneyard and the illumination tour. Definitely get your tickets in advance.
Steve McOwen
Great experience. We visited on a week night and did the both the guided tour of the collection as well as the Brilliant! Jackpot. Both were great. If you are able, go after dark.
Elisa Wills
THE MOST AMAZING THING IVE EVER SEEN. Please make time to see both the Brilliant! show and the guided tour of the boneyard - definitely worth it and will be back.

This is a must see site when in Las Vegas. Tour guides are great and learn alot.
Thanks! Your review is awaiting moderation.
Yes, senior and military discount of $4.00 ID required at check in but buy your tickets in advance
There are photo tours scheduled that allow personal use imagery with better-than-cellphone camers. Only time you cam use tripods. Professional/commercial shots require in advance permission (and extra $$).
We were asked to leave at 8pm with the guided tours starting at 8:30pm.
About 7:15 pm
I wouldn't walk it, especially at night. The area near the expressway is pretty rough. Uber or Lyft for a few bucks.
Yes there are some pictures in a small lobby before you go out on the tour and the building it's self is discussed about for its history. But there is not much inside but some memorabilia of some casinos past and a gift shop
Yes they do
Yes! They have a free parking lot and a backfill lot just in case. Call for additional detail.
Most of the old signs will still be there, but there will be an added Tim Burton themed experience with those signs. The boneyard and brilliant are the only tours, but they will just be Tim Burton themed for the season.
The restored signs are lit - the other signs are lit with floodlights. The late afternoon/evening tours are better for seeing the lit signs, I think. Plus, the Briliant experience is really worth seeing, and those showings are only in the evening.
It ranges from $15 to $28. Make sure to book the tour prior to arriving to the place! You can do it online!
Ticket prices depend on what time of day you go. It's a little more at night than during the day. They list all if their prices on their website.
Lots of different companies throughout the history of Las Vegas- there are retired signs from casinos, restaurants and other businesses
The current Tim Burton exhibit has 2 options: General Admission $30 (1 hour) and Brilliant show $24 (30 min).
It depends on what you want to see and when. Times vary by the tour (guided, "Brilliant" show, etc) and when you do it (day vs. night). Check their website for more details.
As the Neon Boneyard is an outdoor collection, all scheduled tours are subject to cancellation due to inclement weather; however, we seldom cancel for rain. If a tour is canceled, we will attempt to place you on the next available tour wherever possible or provide a full refund.
Only service animals are allowed at The Neon Museum. Under the ADA, a service animal is defined as an animal that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the animal must be directly related to the person's disability.
The Neon Museum is accessible in accordance with ADA (AA) requirements. The Neon Boneyard has a fine gravel surface that both powered and unpowered wheeled devices can easily navigate.
Yes, but it has an organised tour and it has an art installation called 'Brilliant '
Yes, but they sell quickly because during the night tours, the neon is more visible and dramatic against a darker sky. But tix online in advance!
Yes, a couple of them are "Military;" & "Senior Citizen." Both of them are $4 off
$28/adult at night $24 for all other ticket Children under 6 are free
Yes, it's definitely nicer at night. Many signs have been restored & light up, more of them all the time. The others are lit with spotlights.
Yes they are, however, they will be closed due to any servere weather conditions or if they have special events that cause them to be closed a particular day

You get an hour during the general admission. You get 45 minutes in the guided tour. I recommend going later when it's dark outside. Around 5:30pm to later at night they light up most of the signs that are still able to light up, such as the stardust sign, the Alladen sign, The Hard Rock guitar sign, which was my favorite, and many more.
Depending on the tour, tickets start at $18 and go up. Recommend booking in advance as there is limited space and some tour times do sell out. Also, evening is better so that you can see the signs lit.
12 dollars
No guided tour if you don't want to know the history of signs, we were lucky enough to chat it up with guide/employee who had some time and he walked with telling us history throughout the boneyard. It was very nice, enjoyed. We tipped him nicely and he very happy too!
We witnessed people entering the gift shop and to taking the tour.
No, service animals only, such as seeing eye dogs.
Yes, it is accessible. The displays are all outdoors on gravel. So long as your scooter is ok on gravel, you're good to go
We were told this past weekend that it will be coming back, but our tour guide did not have a date yet.
Site says it is open rain or shine. Since it is all outside subject to weathering I would not count on a rain refund. Call them to inquire for certainty.
Reservations are not required but are highly encouraged due to frequent sell-out nights. View prices and purchase tickets here: https://secure.neonmuseum.org/events
Get there while the Tim Burton stuff is there. Make sure you spend the time to talk to the guides. It makes the experience better

General admission $22, guided tour $28. Between October 2019 and February 15 2020 the museum is hosting a Tim Burton exhibit, and general admission is $30.
From what I understand the installation runs From Oct 15 to Feb 15 . I Just got back from seeing it, And it's great, if you're a Burton fan you'll love it
They have a special installation going in with Tim Burton as the theme. May have to check the dates on the website.
They have a booklet that you can follow as well as a website that gives even more information about each numbered sign. We spent close to 2 hours there. But we really took our time and looked at all the signs that are behind and tucked way behind things.
They don't have any restrictions on what to wear. It's not dirty, not sure what the one response was about. They don't allow anything but a cell phone for photography though
Yea they will let u use it another day
Buy the tickets online, but you must show valid NV id for each ticket. Residents can not buy tickets for visitors from out of town. 🤓
$17 for locals, students and military and $22 For general admission during the day
You cannot see much from the outside. Pay the fee and take the tour with their guide, you'll learn a lot.
Hello, I'm an out of town visitor/tourist. I believe you can call the facility or visit the website about volunteering. Hope this helps out a bit. Cheers!
Straight down Las Vegas Blvd. Bus cheapest if you don't have your own car.
I believe so call and ask or go online
It's about the history of the city....the importance of colour.....red and yellow is a common historical theme .....think about what brands use that colour combo now... The new 80 foot guitar is going to look fantastic better than it did at hard rock cafe... Useful to know that the signs weren't owned by the casino/hotel....but we're leased which is why so many have survived....
Tim Burton exhibition will be on view from October 15, 2019, through February 15, 2020
Depends on if you include brilliant show with the tour. Pricing available at website

Yes to the web (on-line)and yes at the door. Be aware night shows have size limits and they do routinely sell out. The "Brilliant" light show is a must see in my honest opinion. If you have tickets for the guided lite tour at night (which is cool)add the Brilliant.
After dark is better for the 30 minute show, daytime is better for the tour
Yup
Call them and ask about night visits ... after all it's a neon light museum for a reason
Site is up to date. We did self tour and asked questions. Then went back to take pics.
Depending on what tour you want, it costs anywhere from $20 to $35 per person.
Yes. Go to the website and click on the Store link. https://store.neonmona.org/
$20 for GA, and $23 for the Brilliant show (which is completely worth it!)
Yes, the location is north of Fremont Street. It is right next door to Cashman Field. Also, I'm just a guy who happened to visit the Neon Museum I dont work there. Your questions do not go directly to the places you are asking about. Also what does your cab taking you to the wrong place have to do with the Neon Museum? It's not like the cab was hired by the Neon Museum, they just did not understand where you wanted to go, you should take that up with the taxi company.
They have night tours where they turn on some of the signs and use focused lighting on others. The neon would be too bright to look at if they were all on.
no, but the place isn't very big
You can make reservations for a private photo shoot. Just call them a few weeks in advance.
$20 (locals $16)
Free. They have specific lots.
Yes, you have to enter through the lobby, where you'll purchase your ticket to gain entry to the outside back lot.
You have to follow a tour guide and afterwards you have a general admission to half of the place.
The show Brilliant! Is well worth the additional cost and we enjoyed the boneyard st night due to warmer temps
Yes, you can, i did.
My ticket says this, "No backpacks, large camera bags or tripods. Only one camera and lens per person."
The night tours are lit. Not all of them because they are so old....but the ones that are lit are amazing and make for awesome photos. You wont be disappointed on this tour. I did a whole personal photo album from this one tour!! We had a great time...tour guide was awesome...great price!!
From $ 15 to $ 25. The price varies between day or night. There is a website with more information.
