They don't have any restrictions on what to wear. It's not dirty, not sure what the one response was about. They don't allow anything but a cell phone for photography though
Museum-appropriate attire is required. Attire that is not appropriate for The Neon Museum (and which may result in refusal of admittance or ejection) includes, but is not limited to, bathing suits, clothing with objectionable material, including obscene language or graphics, or clothing that exposes excessive portions of the skin that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family environment.
I don't see why not but it's a museum. You should know it's outside and your shoes and garments will be in the dust and dirt
Not dirty just hot weather, wear what you like !
If you choose to dress in cosplay, make sure you dress for the weather. Its outside, always in the sun, and the paths are mostly well packed gravel/dirt.
Make sure you wear tennis shoes it's a dirty path. Don't wear anything in appropriate.
