The Neon Museum is a collection of old signs from casinos and other businesses throughout Las Vegas history. It's curated to look like a scrap yard at a sign company, and there is a guided tour you can access when you get there with a daily password. The docents are full of great information about the signs and history of Vegas. I highly recommend going, and definitely find a docent in a blue shirt and ask about the displays.
