There is a reason why they only want Credit cards and it is to SCAM you! I rented a vehicle on 5/2/22 at 9:00pm and returned Vehicle 5/3/22 at 8:45pm within the 24hrs. Before returning the vehicle to, HERTZ FRESNO YOSEMITE AP, I put full tank and gave back vehicle in same condition given. NO other fees should have been charged... I was sent an email the next day on 5/4/22 that Hertz charged my credit card again for an additional $100 and $389 stealing a total of $489+ from my account Due to giving me the run around over the phone, I physical went down to Hertz and talked with HR, Chantha Svay, to make sense of the extra fees that were applied on my account. I also gave him my proof and gas receipt. Apart from being rude and disrespectful, he was not able to give me a proper explanation about the extra fees added and fabricated a story that the vehicle had absolutely no gas!! However, he had no interest in issuing my refund and claimed that it was not in his control. Later, they confessed that my account was still open and they did not properly close my account until I got there. It got worst, he did not have any record of how much they pumped. That's illegal! I called corporate and my bank company about these suspicious transactions. I gave them all my proof and they both verified that it was fraud. I would NEVER want this to happen to anyone. If you do plan to rent from them, Please check your accounts and record mileage, gas, existing damages etc. They deserve No stars.

WORST SERVICE!! Never using this company ever again! With my company we booked the flight and the car rental when I arrived they made me wait for over 45 minutes and gave the another car that had several mechanical issues the worst part is that they won’t refund!! 😡😡

No need to wash. Hertz will take care of that for you. All you need to do is bring back the car.
To return pull around the left side of the airport. The entrance is behind the parking lot. You'll enter into the Hertz lanes and pull all the way forward and park. The airport at this point will be on your left. Usually there is an attendant out there. There will also be signs. Good luck!
They only stay open till 11:00 pm, give them a call and see what you have to do to get your vehicle from them!!
We do not rent those items and I would suggest going to a store that sells camping supplies
No they have shuttle buses to take you to the airport location which is 5 minutes
If you park in the terminal lot on the side away from McKinley, you will be close to the Hertz counter, which is on the end with baggage claim. The Hertz cars are the closest to the airport on the back side. The airport is not too big, so nothing is too terribly far away :)
