The new managers are doing a great job with what they've been given to manage, they deserve acknowledgment for that. They've brought in mandatory pest control which forces the other residents to clean up their apartments and they've started clearing out the problem residents which is a huge plus. When dealing with the office staff I don't know what the issue is here. I leave voice-mails for maintenance requests that go unanswered and have to track down the office on my lunches to get work done. It's frustrating and unprofessional when all I really needed was communication on when my unit was going to be attended to. Communication is key.

They r so awful here they get nothing done have to keep calling them Every time they get a new manager they think they own all the apartments

No thank you ! Just thought I would share that parkwest is pretty fast on taking your application along with $40. Then do not get back to you causing people to lose sec 8 voucher just waiting on them after they tell you they have apartments available I Kno it don't take more than 3 months for a background check your system sucks try something new & don't do people like that
